Room Bookings
The Westin Nova Scotian is offering a special discount for attendees and delegates of our Annual General Meeting. Book soon—this offer expires on Monday, January 12th, 2026.
Parking Information
On-site parking is available for attendees and delegates at a daily rate of $25, or by valet at $32. Guests booking a room may charge parking to their room.
Documents & Extras
To register for the AGM by mail, download and complete the print-ready form today. Please note that registration isn’t open until January 1st, 2026 so please note that any cheques won’t be cashed until the new year.
